The mission of the Carrolls PTO is to support and improve the relationship between home and school; and to support the mission of the Carrolls Elementary School which is to be committed to helping students reach their full potential, become productive members of society and be lifelong learners.

Who We Are
PTO stands for Parent Teacher Organization and as such consists of parents and teachers working together to support and enrich all of the students. Our purpose is to provide opportunities to develop a sense of belonging and community within our school through raising funds for programs and resources.
Every Carrolls Elementary parent, staff member and teacher is automatically a member and part of the Carrolls PTO! We want to encourage every PTO member to become involved.
